The Interim Provisions for Foreign Investors to Merge Domestic Enterprises has been amended and approved by the seventh ministerial working conference of Ministry of Commerce. The revised version of Provisions for Foreign Investors to Merge Domestic Enterprises is now promulgated and shall be put into effect as from September 8, 2006.
